I've spent my whole career insuring real estate.
I went into the insurance industry straight out of college and never left. Today I build programs for owners of large real estate portfolios across the country.
How I work
Every owner buys insurance. Every owner's situation is different. My job isn't to sell you a product. It's to understand your portfolio, your lenders, your budget and your appetite for risk, and then find the structure that fits.
Sometimes that's a simple standalone placement with one strong carrier. Sometimes it's a layered program that quota-shares property across domestic and London markets, a captive, or a 3-year rate lock that finally makes your insurance line predictable. Whatever we build, I'll walk you through it until every piece makes sense.
